Alien Inn Pty Ltd ships its products direct from the warehouse.

Our goal is to be close as possible to same day delivery, but… things happen. Given the current pandemic climate, same week is our expectation, subject to availability of product.

Dispatch policy

The speed of delivery is subject to the following:

• Availability of stock at the warehouse. You will be notified of any backorders, if applicable.

• COVID lockdown requirements;
• Mother Nature, including floods, fires, and famine;
• Dispatch interruptions from transport strikes;
• Other acts of “insert your favourite deity here”

All purchases are to be paid for in full before the delivery process can begin.
